Martha enjoyed baking, cooking and caring for her beautiful flowers and her beloved birds. She also loved cheering on her favorite basketball team, the Iowa Hawkeyes, polka music, and spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Martha was a member of Clutier Immaculate Conception Church, now St. Paul Catholic Church in Traer, and a part of the women's society. She also was a charter member of Clutier American Legion Auxiliary.
