Wenger, Lucille Myrtle
Lucille Myrtle Wenger, 94, of Ainsworth, died Wednesday, Aug. 19, 2009, at Colonial Manor in Columbus Junction as the result of a stroke. Celebration of Life services: 10:30 a.m. Monday, Aug. 24, Ainsworth Community Church, with the Rev. Kitch Shatzer officiating. Visitation will begin 11 a.m. Sunday at Jones-Eden Funeral Home in Washington, where the family will be present from 2 to 4 p.m. Interment will take place at Oregon Township Cemetery, Ainsworth.
She is survived by one daughter, Judith Lindquist of Stuart, Fla.; one son, James Wenger and wife Linda of Ainsworth; four grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; one sister, Geneva Carrier of Abilene, Kan.; and one brother-in-law, Gilbert Wenger and wife Liz of Salina, Kan.
