Wolfe, Ernest P.
Ernest P. Wolfe, 80, of Beebe, Ark., formerly of Cedar Rapids, passed away Monday, July 1, 2013, at White County Medical Center in Searcy, Ark. Funeral service will be 11 a.m. Friday, July 5, at Cedar Memorial Park Chapel of Memories. Friends may call one hour before the service on Friday at the chapel. Interment will be at Cedar Memorial Park Cemetery.
Ernest P. Wolfe was born April 17, 1933, in Iowa City, the son of Gerald and Alice Colson Wolfe. He was united in marriage to Barbara White on Dec. 16, 1949, in Iowa City. She preceded him in death in 2000.
Ernest P. Wolfe is survived by three daughters, MaryEllen Teply of Cedar Rapids, Marcia Rasmussen of Mesa, Ariz., and Marlene McDaniel of Marion; four grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren and five great-great-grandchildren.
