Some political thoughts from the road

Ever wonder why conservatives are called 'right” and liberals are called 'left?” Traveling west on Highway 30, I came across a billboard that read, 'Read the Bible for guidance.” So, I took up the challenge. According to Ecclesiastes 10:2, 'A wise man's heart is at his right hand, but a fool's heart is at his left.”
U.S. Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, D-N.Y., proposes free Medicare for all, free college, guaranteed jobs, a paycheck whether you work or not and the Green New Deal. This, in my opinion, bans all fossil fuel cars, trucks and planes, shuts down nuclear facilities, and would require farmers get their cows on Beano.
The same state that elected her gave a standing ovation to abortion. The Virginia governor, lieutenant governor and attorney general are caught in their own web of controversy.
Once the people decide you are fool, it is hard to recover. Just ask Sarah Palin and Dan Quayle. Of course, they were conservatives, so the standards are different.
I also came across, in Revelation 21, that heaven is surrounded by a very high wall and 12 gates, heavily guarded with a very strict immigration policy. Hell has no policy and open borders.
