Allison, Guy James 'Jimmy'
Guy James “Jimmy” Allison, 69, died in North English on Wednesday, Jan. 13, 2010. A Celebration of Life service will be held at 1:30 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 16, at the North English United Methodist Church. Visitation will be at Powell Funeral Home in North English from 4 to 7 p.m. today. Burial will be in Piersol Cemetery, rural North English.
He is survived by a sister, Martha (Gene) Cobb of North English; a brother, Jerry (Mary) Allison of North English; nieces, Susan Lunberg, Nancy Combs, Debra Potts-Allison and Cindy Cobb; and nephews, Lonnie Cobb, Mike Cobb and Jeff Cobb. Jimmy was preceded in death by his parents; and a nephew, Dennis Allison.
