Raymond L. Oaks, 54, of Decatur, Ark., formerly of Iowa City, died May 29, 2015, in Decatur. There will be no service or visitation; his body was cremated.
Survivors include his wife, Julie Oaks; children, Brandon, Rachel, Kyle, Mellisa, Tiffany and Taylor; brothers, Gary, Randy and Jeff; sisters, Carolyn, Janice, Penny and Gloria; and grandchildren, nephews and nieces.
He was preceded in death by his father, Raymond Sr.; mother, Doris; sisters, Toodie, Darlene, Nancy and Bonnie; and brother, Mathew.
Raymond was born Sept. 14, 1960, at Mercy Hospital in Iowa City.
