Betty Jean Fangmann,
88, of Cedar Rapids, passed
away Monday, June 26, 2017, at ManorCare Health Services, Cedar Rapids. A private family celebration of life will be held at a later date.
Surviving include her children, Jeannie (Roger) Ellerhoff of Iowa City, Mark Fangmann of Cedar Rapids, Diane Bebee of Robins, David Fangmann of Hiawatha, Jill (Shawn) Phillips of Robins and Jackie Fangmann of Des Moines; nine grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; and a sister, Mary Smith of Davenport.
She was preceded in death by her parents and two daughters, Nancy Reid and Susan Biederman.
Betty Jean Hagan was born Nov. 1, 1928, in Davenport, Iowa, the daughter of Cecil and Lenora (Gallatin) Hagan. Betty was a homemaker for many years. She enjoyed reading and crossword puzzles. She was a loving mother, grandmother and sister and will be greatly missed by all who loved and knew her.
