Fischer, Arnold 'Arnie'

Arnold “Arnie” Fischer, 87, formerly of Earlville, died Friday, Aug. 17, 2012, at his home in Freeport, Ill. Funeral Mass will be 10:30 a.m. Monday, Aug. 20, at St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Earlville, conducted by the Rev. Dennis Quint. Visitation also will be Monday at Clifton-Murdoch Funeral Home & Cremation Service from 9 to 10:30 a.m. before the funeral mass. Burial will be at St. Joseph's Catholic Cemetery, Earlville.

Survivors include his wife, Anita Mae; children, Judy (Tom) Kramer, Freeport, Ill., and Barb (DuWayne) Grutt, Marquette, Mich.; four grandchildren, Lisa (Jay) Shaw, Todd (Amy) Kramer, Michael (Krista) Grutt and Kimberly Grutt; six great-grandchildren, Jesse, Haley, Kolton, Kelsey, Aubrey and Ryan; a brother, Francis (Sharon) Fischer of Earlville; in-laws, Marie Neuhaus, John (Lois) Kaiser, Patty Rath, Bonnie Jean Anderson, Mary Lou Kaiser and Adorine Kaiser; and numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established in Arnie's memory.
