Damiano, Francis Kay
Francis Kay Damiano, 63, of Waukon, died April 30, 2012, at Veterans Memorial Hospital. There will be no services. Hanson Funeral Home is handling arrangements.
Survivors include her husband, Dominick Damiano; children, Michael (Kim) Damiano of Kingfisher, Okla., Tami (Michael) Tschudi of Marion, Dominick (Karla) Damiano of Blaine, Minn., and Nicoel (Rick) Damiano of Waukon; brothers, Jerry, Lenard and Randy Briscoe; sisters, Dana Shilling and Linda Kenney; and 15 grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Coats and Francis Briscoe; and a sister, Judy Chavez.
Kay was born in Marlow, Okla. She married Dominick Damiano on April 17, 1971. She was a member of The Rocky Mountain Oysters club. She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren.
Thank you to Veterans Memorial Hospital and Dr. David Schwartz for taking such wonderful care of our mother in her last final days. It was such a comfort for us to see how much you cared for mom and cared for us.
