McMahon, Joseph Edward 'Joe'
Joseph Edward “Joe” McMahon, 83, of Manchester, Iowa, died Tuesday, Aug. 30, 2011, at the Regional Medical Center in Manchester.
Survivors include his wife, Ruth McMahon of Manchester; four daughters, Ann (Jon) Whitman of Delhi, Ellen (Fred) Martin of Dyersville, Marie (Mark) Odden of Manchester, and Carol (John) Rave of Strawberry Point; 11 grandchildren; one great-grandchild on the way; and a sister, Kay (John) Tegeler of Manchester.
Joe was preceded in death by his parents; two sisters, Eileen Keenan and Rose Miller; and one brother, Richard McMahon.

Mass of Resurrection: 11 a.m. Friday, Sept. 2, at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Masonville, with the Rev. John Flaherty, celebrant. Friends may call from 2 to 8 p.m. Thursday and also from 9 to 10 a.m. Friday at Leonard-Muller Funeral Home in Manchester. Interment with Military Rites: St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery, Masonville.
