Bring decency back to state government

The most recent news out of the Iowa Senate GOP caucus (Bill Dix resigning after an incriminating video was posted) is beyond disgusting.
Such repeatedly insensitive, belittling and sexually inappropriate behavior is inexcusable. This group of good old boys should not be allowed to draw up the rules for a neighborhood game of dodgeball, let alone draft the laws that govern Iowa.
It's time for the voters to put some decency back in this aspect of state government.
