Christeleit, Norma Alice
Norma Alice Christeleit, 85, of rural Elkader, died Thursday, Nov. 12, 2009, at her home.
Survivors include her husband, Harold Christeleit of Elkader; her children, Dennis (Lorna) Christeleit of Volga and Diane (Randy) Wiedenmann of Farmersburg; her mother, Alice Andreae of Elkader; grandchildren, Terry (Jolene) Christeleit of Elkader, Tracy (Craig) Follon of Volga, Dr. Alan Wiedemann of Brooklyn and Jeff Wiedemann of Coralville; great-grandchildren, Tara Follon of Volga and William Christeleit of Elkader; two sisters, Dorothy Seibert of Waukon and Darlene (William) Wilker of McGregor; and one brother, William (Louella) Nydegger of Naperville, Ill.
Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Monday, Nov. 16, at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Volga. The Rev. Lin Reichstadter and the Rev. Paul Fohs will officiate. Burial will follow at Hillcrest Cemetery in Volga. Visitation will be from 3 to 7 p.m. Sunday at Leonard Funeral Home in Elkader and after 10 a.m. Monday at the church in Volga.
