Even a world-class golfer can 6-putt -- just ask Zach Johnson

I haven't been able to find putt-by-putt details, and I'm not sure I would want to find them.
Last Thursday in the first round of the Texas Open in San Antonio, Zach Johnson (not pictured to the left) of Cedar Rapids had a 6-putt. That helped to a hideous 80, which effectively ended his chances of defending the title he won in 2008 and 2009.
An item on this is found here at waggleroom.com.
On the par-3 13th, Johnson hit his tee shot 84 long feet away from the pin. He lagged to a very respectable 10 feet. From there? 5 putts. Boom, six-putt.
Johnson could have called it a tourney, especially when rain postponed the second round from Friday to Saturday. But he followed the code of golf, which is to play. And he shot a second-round 68. It wasn't good enough to make the 36-hole cut, but it was something good to take back home.
As Johnson said on his Twitter feed here:
Played a little bit better today...12 shots better. I ran out of holes...headed home. Bitter sweet!
Johnson is the 34th-ranked golfer in the world. To say he'll have better tournaments in the near future is to state the obvious.
We've all been there
