Matthew R. Smittkamp, 52, of Little Rock and Camden, Ark., formerly of Cedar Rapids, died Tuesday,
Dec. 24, 2013, at Ouachita County Medical Center in
Camden.
A memorial service is planned for Matthew at 4 p.m. Friday, May 2, at St. Mark's United Methodist Church, 4700 Johnson Ave. NW. The Rev. Craig Peters will officiate.
A memorial fund has been estab-lished.
