The Cedar Rapids Freedom Festival will be producing events in the downtown area that will temporarily close some streets and bridges this weekend. Beginning at 6 p.m. on Friday, July 1, 2011, until 6 a.m. on Tuesday, July 5, 2011, 1st Street SW will be closed from 2
