Letter: Poor job of snow plowing in Cedar Rapids

Once again I am disappointed by the quality of the snow plowing on my street. After each snow event this season, the driver(s) did not completely plow the street leaving the windrow three to six feet out from the curb. Same with the Feb. 14 snow. There was absolutely nothing in the way such as a parked car, trash can, etc. to hinder the plow's progress.
It is possible to plow correctly, as it has been done so in years past. Perhaps some retraining is in order.
