Shirley J. Devine, 84, of Iowa City, died Monday, July 25, 2011, at University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics in Iowa City. Funeral services will be held 10 a.m. Friday, July 29, at Gay & Ciha Funeral and Cremation Service in Iowa City. Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home. Interment will be 1 p.m. Friday at Glendale Cemetery in Le Claire, Iowa.
