Reth, Earl E.
Earl E. Reth, 88, of Hendersonville, Tenn., formerly of Independence, died June 12, 2011, at Alive Hospice in Madison, Tenn. Memorial services: 2 p.m. June 17 at First United Methodist Church in Marion. Burial: Mount Hope Cemetery in Independence. Visitation: 4 until 8 p.m. Thursday at White Funeral Home, Independence.
Survivors include his daughter, Mona (Ken) Walker of Hendersonville, Tenn.; two grandchildren, Kimberly Walker and Melissa (Matt) Brunell; a great-granddaughter, Madelyn Brunell; a brother, Melvin Reth of Oskaloosa; three sisters, Viola Reth of Delhi, Verna Euwing of Palmer, Alaska, and Irene Curtis of Decatur, Ill.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Marjorie in 2008; four sisters and four brothers.
