The only Big Ten school ranked above Iowa is Penn State ... in partying

The Princeton Review -- and who knows more about partying than people from an Ivy League school? -- has named its top 10 party schools in the U.S.

The first two come from Athens. The University of Georgia in Athens, Ga., and Ohio University in Athens ... Ohio.

Penn State is third. Iowa is No. 9.

And get this: Wisconsin did not make the Top Ten!

Until there is a playoff system in place, however, will we ever have a true partying champion?
