Darl M. Toms, 86, of Manchester, passed away Friday, Aug. 19, 2016, at University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics in Iowa City.
Survivors include his wife of 63 years, Linda Toms of Manchester; one son, Kevin Toms of Marion; one daughter, Kris (Scott) Zebuhr of Manchester; four grandchildren, Kara Toms, Kory Toms, Jake Zebuhr and Jared (fiancee, Amanda Matus) Zebuhr; four great-grandchildren; and a brother-in-law, Milton Retz of Manchester.
Darl was preceded in death by his parents; his three siblings, Lila Jean Petlon, Merlyn Toms and Doris Retz; and his great-granddaughter, Abigail Toms.

Funeral services: 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, Aug. 23, at the United Methodist Church in Manchester, with the Rev. Phil Rogers officiating. Visitation: 3 to 7 p.m. Monday, Aug. 22, at Leonard-Muller Funeral Home in Manchester. Friends also may call one hour before the service at the church on Tuesday. Interment: Oakland Cemetery, Manchester.
