Lane, Barbara J.
Barbara J. Lane, 79, of Cedar Rapids, died Wednesday, Sept. 1, 2010, in her home. Services: 11 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 7, at Murdoch-Linwood Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Cedar Rapids, by Chaplain Jeremy Hudson. Friends may call after 10 a.m. at the funeral home Tuesday.
Survivors include her children, Barbara and David Stiegelbauer of Westbury, N.Y., and Terry McAtee, Trish Lane and William and Cecilia Lane III, all of Cedar Rapids; eight grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
Barbara was preceded in death by her parents; and her brother, Lester Bovee.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made in Barbara's memory to a hospice of the donor's choice.
