Jim admiringly will be remembered as a veteran, real estate broker, gas station owner, treasure hunter, hobbyist and a graduate of the University of Iowa School of Business. He also will be fondly remembered as father to Peggy, Peter and Patrick; grandfather to Gage and Parlee; great-grandfather to Kyla; and husband to Deborah.
Jim will be greatly missed by his beloved, faithful buddies, Arnie, Rosie and Petunia.
Per his wishes, private services will be held. Burial will be in Memory Gardens Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to The Friends of the Animal Center Foundation.
