Riders trade Collins to Youngstown

The Cedar Rapids RoughRiders have traded second-year forward Stephen Collins to the USHL's Youngstown Phantoms in exchange for a draft pick.
Collins, 19, had two goals and three assists in 12 games this season for the Riders. He had eight goals and seven assists in 40 games in 2009-10.
The Riders host Chicago and Muskegon this weekend at The Stable.
