Friday's FRY Fest Dan Gable event should be a good one

No one in the history of Iowa sports has had a more successful and interesting career than Dan Gable. Friday's FRY Fest in Coralville will be a chance to get inside the life and times of the Iowa State wrestling great/Olympic gold-medalist/University of Iowa coach of 15 NCAA championship teams.

This is Your Life, Dan Gable will be held Friday at noon at the Coral Ballroom of the Coralville Marriott Hotel and Conference Center. A slew of special guests will be present to offer their memories and thoughts about Gable.  Ticket information and more are available at the linked site.

The Gable event will be preceded by" Collegiate Wrestling 101 & Demonstration," hosted by the Hawkeye Wrestling Club inside the trade show at FRY Fest at the Marriott. Here is the complete schedule of events.
