Mike Carberry is a Democrat making a difference. His Democratic Party principles have put good policy into effect in his nearly four years on the Board of Supervisors. I urge you to join me in voting for Mike in the June 5 primary to keep our momentum going.
He is the only candidate for supervisor who wants to stop urban sprawl of residential development in the North Corridor and preserve farm land. He favors directing growth into and near cities where infrastructure exists.
Mike is also the only candidate who wants to add to the county's affordable housing stock by creating housing units at the County Poor Farm.
He voted to increase the county minimum wage, helped create the Community ID program and supports a Welcoming County policy to help integrate immigrant and newcomer communities into the county and make our county safer.
Mike's environmental ethic is unmatched in his commitment to local foods, renewable energy, clean water, and county trail connections.
Let's keep Mike Carberry working for us by voting for him on June 5.
