Werhan, David
David Werhan, 62, died Friday, Aug. 28, 2009, at Palmer Lutheran Health Center, West Union, from a brief illness. Services: 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at Holy Name Catholic Church, West Union. Burial: West Union Cemetery. Visitation: 3 to 7 p.m. Monday at Burnham-Wood Funeral Home in West Union, with a parish rosary at 4 p.m. and Scripture service at 7 p.m.
Survivors include three brothers, Charles (Jesse) Werhan, Green Top, Mo., and James (Sherryl) Werhan and Robert “Pat” Werhan, both of West Union; and three sisters, Ruth Werhan, Waterloo, Mary Wilbur, Fayette, and Ann (Duane) Moen, Decorah.
