Connecticut company buys 4 Cedar Rapids radio stations

A Greenwich, Conn.-based company has acquired four Cedar Rapids radio stations from Cumulus Media Holdings.
Townsquare Media on Wednesday said it has purchased KDAT (104.5) , KHAK (98.1), KRNA (94.1) and KRQN (107.1).
Townsquare owns 312 radio stations in 66 markets, an e-commerce business (SeizeTheDeal.com), and approximately 500 annual live events in 51 small and medium-sized markets across the country.
Funds managed by Oaktree Capital Management are Townsquare Media's largest shareholder.
