Elaine Ruth Sebetka, 74, of Norway, died Thursday, Dec. 17, 2015, at Mercy Medical Center, Cedar Rapids. Celebration of Life gathering for Elaine will be from 2 to 5 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 20, at Brosh Chapel and The Avacentre in Cedar Rapids, located at 2121 Bowling St. SW.
