Letter: Support Gull in November election

As a Bowman Woods neighborhood resident, I must contend with ridiculously heavy traffic on Boyson Road every time I leave my home. That's why I was so gratified to learn that Linn County Supervisor candidate Tim Gull supports the completion of the Tower Terrace Road project. All the residents in Marion, Cedar Rapids, Robins, and Hiawatha need another route to and from Interstate 380.

As a fiscal conservative, I appreciate Gull's proposal to reduce the number of supervisors, saving the taxpayers hundreds of thousands of dollars each year.

I have known Gull for 14 years. He is an honest, thoughtful and hardworking local businessman and a proud veteran. Please support him for Linn County Supervisor on Nov. 8.
