Bower, Darrell R.
Darrell R. Bower, 63, of Cedar, Minn., formerly of Cedar Rapids, died at home Oct. 26, 2010.
Survivors include his wife, Renee; children, Sarah, Luke and Robert; granddaughter, Jayda; the Troy Bower family; brother, Mike Bower; and lifetime friend, Daniel Hutton (Anita).
He was preceded in death by his parents, Gene and Kathy Bower; and brother, Craig Bower.
Darrell was a retired Army First Sergeant serving our country for 26 years, receiving two Silver Stars and three Bronze Stars, along with many other awards and honors. He was also a master safecracker and locksmith and had been a Boy Scout leader for seven years.
