Letter: Know the rules before you join

Abraham Lincoln said, 'Give me six hours to chop down a tree and I will spend the first four sharpening the axe.”
Would you join a poker game without knowing the rules? Would you join the PTA, rotary or your church board without knowing the rules? Would you run for office or be active in politics without knowing the rules? Donald Trump needs to sharpen the axe.
