Iowa wrestling shuts out Michigan State, 44-0

It was total domination for the Iowa wrestling team as the Hawkeyes beat Michigan State, 44-0, on Sunday at Jenison Field House in East Lansing, Mich.
Iowa (7-0, 3-0) got bonus points in seven of 10 victories and had 37 takedowns and surrendered zero.
'I think our conditioning was evident today,' Iowa Coach Tom Brands said. 'That's good. That's a badge of honor for our guys.'
Thomas Gilman (125) earned the only pin. Brandon Sorensen (149) and Sammy Brooks (184) won by technical fall, and Topher Carton (141) and Michael Kemerer (157) each had a major decision. Sam Stoll (285) won by disqualification after forcing six stalling calls.
Michigan State fell to 2-5, 0-3.
