Dr. Robert T. Soper, 87, of Iowa City, died Wednesday, Oct. 3, 2012, at Oaknoll Retirement Residence. Memorial services are planned for 4 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 27, at Trinity Episcopal Church in Iowa City.
