David Schenck Sr., 75, died Friday, Sept. 16, 2016, at his home surrounded by his family following a brief but courageous battle with cancer. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 24, at Goettsch Funeral Home, Monticello, with interment in Oakwood Cemetery. Pastor Emory Gillespie will officiate at the services. Friends may call after 9:30 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
