Earl Wells, 90, of Stanwood, died Monday, Sept. 21, 2009, at his home.
Funeral services will be held at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Tipton, Thursday at noon with the Reverend David Hitch officiating. Burial: Tipton Masonic Cemetery. Visitation: 4 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at Chapman Funeral Home in Clarence.Earl was born July 2, 1919, in Tipton. He served in the Army during WW II, and worked in Auto Sales and Service in Stanwood. He is survived by his wife Norma; son William of North Liberty; sister Maxine Long of Milton-Freewater, Ore.
