Man airlifted to hospital after motorcycle accident along Highway 22
An accident occurred along Highway 22 in Washington County between Kalona and Riverside at approximately 3:30 p.m. Wednesday afternoon.
Witnesses say they heard squealing rubber and then saw a man on a motorcycle near a tractor.
On-scene Iowa State Patrol authorities confirmed that a man was injured, but would not state how they believed the accident occurred. The man's identity and condition are currently unknown.
