Edgington, Doris Lorraine (Jack)
Doris Lorraine (Jack) Edgington, 92, of Grinnell, died Friday, June 29, 2012, at St. Francis Manor in Grinnell. A joint memorial graveside service for Doris and her late husband, Harold Edgington, will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, July 5, at Hazelwood Cemetery in Grinnell. Friends may call from 10 to 10:45 a.m. Thursday at the Smith Funeral Home in Grinnell.
Memorials may be directed to the Grinnell Fire Department or to St. Francis Manor in Grinnell.
Survivors include three children, Roger (Emma) Edgington of Manchester, Linda (Eugene) Long of Pecos, N.M., and Ron (Karen) Edgington of Grinnell; five grandchildren; two stepgrandsons; seven great-grandchildren; and two stepgreat-grandchildren.
