Fair Board switches back to State Fair Classic

So the Iowa State Fair Board has dumped its idea for forcing fairgoers to use tickets instead of cash to buy food on sticks. And the governor's office is pleased:
This is smart, and not surprising. On the plus side, we got to turn our thoughts to August for a day or so. Back to the gloom of winter, already in progress.
