DOROTHY "LORRAINE" KILPATRICK

Dorothy "Lorraine" Kilpatrick, 73, of Waukon, died Tuesday, Jan. 23, 2018, at the Good Samaritan Society in Postville. A private family service will be held at a later date. Teahen Funeral Home is serving the family.
Lorraine is survived by five sisters, Ann Prentice, Mary Ellen Drew, Virginia Cook, Elaine Monnahan and Evelyn Seely; four brothers, Tom, Bill, Dale and Deryl Kilpatrick; and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; three brothers, John, Greg and Robert; and sister, Linda Kilpatrick.
Dorothy "Lorraine" was born on May 12, 1944, the daughter of John and Mildred Mellick Kilpatrick in Waukon. Lorraine worked for TASC in Waukon for many years.
Lorraine enjoyed spending time with her family, with trips to Cedar Rapids and Wisconsin. She loved to see the new babies in the family and enjoyed playing cards at the family gatherings. Through the group home, she had the ability to participate in many local events in Waukon, and even traveled to Disney World. Lorraine always had a smile on her face and loved her family dearly; she will be truly missed.
Instead of flowers, memorials may be directed to the American Cancer Society.
