David L. Phelps, 68: Services, 1 p.m. Monday at Teahen Funeral Home, Cedar Rapids, by Pastor Marty Boller. Friends may visit at the funeral home after 11 a.m. Monday until the time of service.
David is survived by his wife, Carol Mumm-Maresh Phelps of Marion; five children, Darryl, Donald, Paula, Calvin and Timothy; five stepdaughters, Dawn (Dean) Richmond, Denise Wiedemeier, Darnelle Lester, DeVon Maresh and Dana (Jason) Kenney; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; 10 siblings, Charles Phelps, Shirley Taulbee, Sharon (Gary) Schneekloth, Larry Phelps, Linda (Lee) Stewart, Mary (Doug) Bell, Ron (Patty) Phelps, Janet (Loren) Lovell, Lora (Okee) Walker and Nora (Arnie) Vaupel; half sister, Joyce; and many nieces and nephews.
