June E. Ostberg, 93, of Avon, Ind. (formerly of Cedar Rapids), died Wednesday, June 24, 2015.
She was preceded in death by her husband, John Ostberg, after 64 years of marriage.
Survivors include her daughter, Judy Strange (Stephen) of Indianapolis; and son, Jack Ostberg (Linda) of Auburndale, Fla. Also surviving are four grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
June Elizabeth Gable was born Nov. 27, 1921, in Cedar Rapids, the daughter of Charles and Ruth (Curl) Gable. She was one of six children: two brothers and four sisters.
She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, aunt and friend. She will be greatly missed by all who loved and knew her.
Graveside services will be 11:30 a.m. Tuesday, June 30, at Cedar Memorial Park Cemetery.
