Timmerman, Warren (Beef) Kent

Warren (Beef) Kent Timmerman, 50, of Strawberry Point, passed away Wednesday, Oct. 12, 2011, of a sudden illness. There will be a Celebration of Life gathering at the former Catholic Church in Lamont on Sunday, Oct. 16, from noon to 4 p.m. Iowa Cremation is assisting the family.

Survivors include his parents, Forrest and Donna (Williams) Timmerman of Strawberry Point; three brothers, Barry (Val) Timmerman and Allan (Lois) Timmerman, both of Strawberry Point, and Scott (Roxie) Timmerman of Monona; a sister, Jill (Brandon) Boock of Strawberry Point; stepchildren, Richard Nosbisch of Anamosa, Gale (Tony) White of Emporia, Kas., and Robert (Autumn) Nosbisch of Guttenberg; stepgrandsons, Jacob Kurtis and Austin Stocks of Strawberry Point, Calvin Nosbisch of Independence; and his four-legged buddy, “Ripper.”

He was preceded in death by his wife, Kathleen (Dilley) Timmerman in 2002; and grandparents, Delbert and Gyneth Timmerman and Jay and Helen Williams.
