Otterbeck, Vernon 'Bill' John
Vernon “Bill” John Otterbeck, 93, of Strawberry Point, died Tuesday, Jan. 31, 2012, at the Strawberry Point Lutheran Home. Services will be 11 a.m. Friday, Feb. 3, at Emanuel Lutheran Church in Strawberry Point. Visitation will be 10 a.m. Friday at the church. Burial will be in the Strawberry Point Cemetery, with military graveside services.
Survivors include his wife, Sumie of Strawberry Point; a sister, Maybelle Bowers of Mesa, Ariz.; and nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents and two sisters.
