Letter: Managed care hurting vulnerable residents

In the many good articles that have been published about the managed care problems in Iowa, it needs to be stated that the past and current governors of Iowa back this program. Their reluctance to listen to the concerns of families and care providers about managed care is hurting our most vulnerable residents and the agencies who work with these residents.
Every article The Gazette publishes should state this clearly.
