Ullrich, Geraldine C.
Geraldine C. Ullrich, 87, of Independence, died Thursday morning, March 11, 2010, at East Towne Manor in Independence. A Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:30 a.m. Monday, March 15, at St. John's Catholic Church, Independence, with the Rev. Don Plamondon officiating. Burial will be in St. John's Catholic Cemetery. Friends may call from 5 to 7 p.m. Sunday at Reiff Funeral Home & Crematory in Independence, where a rosary will be recited at 5 p.m. and parish vigil service held at 7 p.m.
She is survived by six sons, Steven (Jane) Ullrich, Savage, Minn., Mark Ullrich, Houston, Texas, Robert (Kim) Ullrich, Rockport, Texas, David Ullrich and Tom (Jodi) Ullrich, Chicago, and Jim Ullrich, Pittsburg, Pa.; 16 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Ron in 1989; two daughters, Margo and Marie in infancy; and her sister, Mary Augustine in 2006.
