Iowa City anti-21 law group launches Web sites
A group that is campaigning against Iowa City's 21-only bar ordinance has launched two websites that it says look at the University of Iowa's “consistently dangerous attitude towards binge drinking on its property before and after football games.”
The group Yes to Entertaining Students Safely, or YESS, launched
