ACT, Inc. has hired Jennifer Yi as chief talent officer and vice president of workplace excellence. Yi will focus on learning and leadership development, talent acquisition and retention, performance management, and rewards, recognition and compensation systems. She is also joining the career development project and will be implementing opportunities to engage ACT employees in charting successful careers at the organization.
