Haidin, Diane Maureen

Diane Maureen Haidin, 68, of Cedar Rapids, died Tuesday, Aug. 20, 2013, at Dennis and Donna Oldorf Hospice House of Mercy, Hiawatha. Services: 10 a.m. Friday, Aug. 23, at Murdoch-Linwood Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Cedar Rapids, conducted by the Rev. Joe Kane. Family will greet friends from 9 until service time at the funeral home.

She is survived by her husband, Slatko Haidin of Cedar Rapids; children, Holly Wolveton of Cedar Rapids, Hope (Robert) O'Bannon of Traverse City, Mich., and Nick (Cassie) Haidin of San Antonio, Texas; grandchildren, Hanan, Wajeeh, Shayla, Failyn, Neva and Cali; great-grandchild, Ke'Mora; and sister, Barb James of Minneapolis, Minn.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Leslie and Viola Wedge; and two sisters, Patricia Swanson and Susan Feldaverd.

Diane was born July 3, 1945, in Elgin, Ill., daughter of Leslie and Viola (Heiman) Wedge. She worked at Washington High School for the past five years.
