RITA THERESA (KAZIMOUR) SEARS

Rita Theresa (Kazimour) Sears was born March 5, 1926. She passed away peacefully Oct. 25, 2018, at Oldorf Hospice House of Mercy.
She was preceded in death by her husband, John.
She is survived by her daughter, Carol Ann Sears; son, Craig John Sears (Margaret); grandchildren, Sean, Eric, and Bailey, and siblings Helen Secrist, Regina Pisarik (Paul) and Robert Kazimour (Janis).
Visitation will be held from 5 to 8 p.m. Monday, Oct. 29, with a rosary at 7:30 p.m. at Papich-Kuba Funeral Home, 1228 2nd Street SE, Cedar Rapids, Iowa. Funeral Mass is Tuesday, Oct. 30, at 10 a.m. Officiant is Father Christopher Podhajsky, St. Wenceslaus Church, 1224 Fifth St. SE, Cedar Rapids. Interment to follow at St. John's Cemetery, followed by luncheon.
