It says here to take New England and throw the two points against Seattle Sunday.
But I can't help you on Super Bowl prop bets, because making those are the signs of someone who either has too much money to burn or too desperate a gambling problem.
They are fun to talk about, though. So I have a short list of some of the doozies at a few online sports books.
Will Idina Menzel forget or omit at least one word of the national anthem?
Yes: +450 (bet $10 to win $45). No: -700 (bet $70 to win $10)
Will Marshawn Lynch grab his crotch after scoring a TD in the game?
Yes: +400. No: -600.
What be the color of Bill Belichick's hoodie?
Gray: -120. Blue: Even. Red: +750.
(Were I Belichick's friend, I think I might offer him $1,000 to wear a red hoodie, no questions asked.)
Will Belichick smile during the game on camera?
No: -140. Yes: +180.
What color will the Gatorade be that's dumped on the head of the winning coach?
Orange: 3/2 (bet $20 to win $30). Yellow: 5/2. Clear/Water: 3/1. Blue: 15/2. Red: 15/2. Green: 10/1.
Will Punxsutawney Phil the Groundhog sees his shadow Monday/which team wins the Super Bowl?
Yes/Patriots: +220. No/Patriots: +275. Yes/Seahawks: +225. No/Seahawks: +275.
What will happen with the Dow Jones Average Monday?
Up: -140. Down: Even.
Will Katy Perry show cleavage during her halftime show?
Yes: -500. No: +375.
What will be Katy Perry's hair color?
Black/brown: +200. Blue/green: +300. Pink/red: +300. Blonde: +400. Purple: +500)
(Go with black/brown if you must bet on this. Blue and the others would be such cliches.)
Will the Super Bowl MVP cry during his acceptance speech?
Yes: +250. No: -325.
Will any pyrotechnics during the game or halftime show start a fire?
Yes: 88/1.
Will a bird get inside the stadium:
Yes: Even.
Katy Perry performs at the BRIT Awards in London last February. What color will her hair be Sunday at the Super Bowl? This is important. (Toby Melville/Reuters)
